About the role

As the Rodd & Gunn Concession Manager at our Myer Southland store, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales for our premium menswear brand. This full-time role requires managing all operational aspects of the Rodd & Gunn concession, from staff rostering and product ordering to visual merchandising and loss prevention. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management within the fashion or luxury goods industries.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Rodd & Gunn concession, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and merchandising
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our clients
  3. Analyse sales data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
  4. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
  5. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  6. Collaborate with the Rodd & Gunn head office team on strategic initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods industry
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  4. Demonstrated ability to analyse data and implement data-driven strategies
  5. Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities
  6. Passion for the Rodd & Gunn brand and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
