Client Marketing Manager

We’re seeking a Client Marketing Manager to join our growing team This individual will be a pivotal player in implementing B2B marketing strategy focused on the acquisition and support of clients (hospitals, healthcare systems, etc.) for HealthCare Support, a portfolio brand of Ingenovis Health. A mix of strategic, digital, creative, and project management responsibilities will leverage this person’s talents in a way that ensures client marketing is properly presented in the market, grows market share, and drives brand consideration for potential clients. This is an opportunity to stretch your tactical muscle while still having a hand in the strategy.

The Client Marketing Manager serves as the brand expert and representative of HealthCare Support, and proactively initiates campaigns to drive brand awareness and consideration in targeted markets. The position partners with primarily with the inside and outside sales teams to drive brand consideration and new client acquisition.

As Client Marketing Manager, you will:

- Partner with HealthCare Support sales teams to execute and drive client (B2B) marketing programs to ensure that marketing performance and business goals are being met
- Partner with Brand and with Client Services on the delivery of a proactive, strategic roadmap for current and future marketing for the healthcare talent staffing clients
- Represent Brand and Marketing while working closely with internal stakeholders on integrated initiatives
- Align with Client Services on competitive initiatives, sharing recommendations and implications to the broader organization
- Proactively monitor the marketplace for category news, trends, competitive activity and inspiration
- Provide key insights and strategic opportunities in collaboration with clinician recruitment initiatives
- Implements the strategic direction for client acquisition marketing for HealthCare Support through collateral creation, communications, tools, and digital marketing efforts
- Working with shared marketing services, ensures all paid media, social media advertising, and community engagement is on brand and properly represents the attributes of HealthCare Support to the target client audiences

And to do this, you’ll bring to the table:

- Four (4) year degree in Marketing (or related degree) or Business
- Five (5) to Eight (8) years of experience in marketing, advertising, creative programming, and/or digital marketing
- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategy
- Industry experience in a healthcare, staffing, or human resources environment
- Prior experience implementing B2B marketing strategy as part of a team, to drive awareness and consideration
- Create forward-facing content (web content, marketing collateral, etc.) in support of Client Services
- Thorough proficiency in digital marketing including knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid search, social media advertising, drip campaigns, attribution marketing, native advertising
- Experience with portfolio brands, the development of a portfolio brand, and presenting the brand in market to drive awareness and consideration
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred but not required

Compensation Range

$90,600.00 - $113,300.00

Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life & disability insurance, 401K w/ employer match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
