Client Intake Manager - Pathhaven Disability Care

We are seeking a compassionate, organised, and proactive Client Intake Manager to join our team at Pathhaven Disability Care. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new participants and families, guiding them through the intake and onboarding process with warmth, professionalism, and care.

Your responsibilities will include managing enquiries, assessing service needs, completing intake documentation, networking, attending events, meet and greets and ensuring a smooth transition into our services. You will work closely with support coordinators, families, and internal teams to ensure every participant feels supported from the very beginning.

What we’re looking for:
Experience as a client intake manager or operations manager within a NDIS provider business.

Experience within the NDIS space.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

A caring, client-centred approach to service delivery

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
