Heffron Consulting is seeking a Client Services Officer to join our dynamic team
About the Role
As the first point of contact for all communication into Heffron, the Client Services Officer plays a key role in delivering exceptional 'customer first' client and business support.
By leveraging their knowledge of our range of products and services and broader company operations our Client Service Officers deliver exceptional client and administrative support – making them our customer champions.
From answering client queries on Heffron processes, Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) technical matters or fund progress updates, or providing information on new product and services, this role serves as the central triage point within a team of SMSF professionals.
The Client Services Officer will actively contribute to the development and/or roll-out of new products and services including, making client centric recommendations and testing. Additionally, the role is responsible for accurate data capture, maintenance, and storage across various internal systems—ensuring compliance standards are met and data integrity is maintained at all times.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Previous experience working in a client and/or administrative support role within a professional services environment
• Genuine enjoyment of and willingness to respond to clients in a timely manner. Whether by phone or other communication platforms.
• A demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a complex environment including across a number of digital platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with an understanding of how verbal, written and listening skills are used to empathise, influence or negotiate
