We are seeking a New Home Advisor to be the face of our brand, providing expert guidance and support to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions and enjoy a seamless home-building process.

As a New Home Advisor, you will work closely with the sales team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and play a crucial role in maintaining the exceptional presentation of our display homes.

This role requires availability to work one day each weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Activity & Client Engagement:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, guiding clients through the sales journey to meet and exceed sales KPIs.
  • Promote Hunter Homes' range of products and services with a focus on educating clients and understanding their unique needs.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients to foster long-term business.

Market & Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed on Hunter Homes' product offerings, pricing, and developments in the local property market.
  • Identify business development opportunities to increase market share.

Administration & Documentation:

  • Ensure accurate and detailed client files are prepared and passed on to the Client Services team, maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Manage necessary paperwork and documentation efficiently to support the sales process.

Display Home Management:

  • Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of display homes to the highest standards, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Represent Hunter Homes professionally at all times and ensure display homes reflect the quality and care that define our brand.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the residential building or a related industry, with a strong sales track record.
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service and able to guide clients through the decision-making process with confidence and care.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Keen interest in the residential building industry and a desire to grow within a leading local brand.
