Are you a seasoned marketing professional ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Officer to help shape and deliver compelling campaigns and initiatives that support a wide range of Council services and projects.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing strategic marketing plans and bringing them to life across both traditional and digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, using your creativity and innovative thinking to craft engaging content and experiences that resonate with our diverse community.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Design and implement marketing initiatives that align with organisational goals
- Develop and execute marketing plans for a variety of Council services and projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are impactful and well-targeted
- Use your creative flair to produce content across digital, print, and social media channels
- Monitor campaign performance and adapt strategies for continuous improvement

**To succeed in this role, you’ll bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline
- Proven experience in both traditional and digital marketing
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a ‘get things done’ attitude
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple projects

**Benefits**

This is a temporary full-time role until September 2026, working 35 hours per week. This role offers a salary ranging $88,510 up to $98,288 per year based on demonstrated competencies, plus 12% super.
