**The Role**:
This position is responsible for supporting the office administrative work, including managing office supplies and equipment. This individual will also be responsible for all HR administrative duties including but not limited to maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g employment records and onboarding activities), updating internal databases, coordinating HR events and a helping hand to all HR functions.

This individual must be someone who loves to create a welcoming and safe working environment for all the team members and visitors and has a strong understanding of confidentiality and ethical standards. They will provide assistance to HR and Operations and other disciplines where required.

**What You'll do**:

- Timesheet administration
- First tier recruitment including resume screening, phone screening and interview coordination
- Basic system access administration
- Drafting policies and procedures and employee handbook
- Liaison to Building Owners
- Managing employee files and ensuring accurate records
- Organising office events and functions
- Drafting contracts
- Other duties as required by Site Director & HR Manager

**Qualifications**:
**Who We're Looking for**:

- Preferred experience in HR Administration
- Preferred completion of HR studies or currently completing HR studies
- Excellent moral and ethical compass
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational abilities are necessary to ensure effective performance.
- Has an understanding, caring and empathetic nature
