**The Company**
With a global footprint and a proud history in Australian Agribusiness, our client is a brand leader in multiple market segments and is continuing to expand its commercial footprint. This expansion now requires the support of an HR Manager locally who will work with the existing Australian management team in multiple locations as well as work within a global HR team.

**The Role**
The HR Manager will ensure compliance, best practice, and alignment within both local operations and into the Global business where relevant. The HR Manager will stay connected and abreast of regional legislation, bring awareness within the business to instigate change as needed to ensure compliance and best practice. The role in time will also work with senior management to coach line management on their people management and recruitment practices and internally raise the HR knowledge and capacity more broadly.

**About You**
To be successful in this interesting and diverse position, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position with demonstrated skills in managing confidential and sensitive matters
- Experience in operatively effectively in an agribusiness, manufacturing / logistics and/or sales/marketing business environment
- Passionate about people and creating a positive team culture and environment that allows you to develop and maintain strong relationships built on trust across all levels in the business.
- Well-developed communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to work with colleagues remotely and collegiately.
- Possess strong commercial acumen, together with drive and initiative to positively contribute to the company’s reputation and success.
