**About the role**

Are you passionate about making a difference and supporting a vibrant volunteer community? We’re seeking a dynamic **Volunteer Coordinator** to join our team and provide exceptional support across three key sites: Royal Adelaide Hospital, Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and Repat Health Precinct.

As the Volunteer Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment and selection of volunteers, organizing rosters, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. You’ll monitor key performance indicators, implement streamlined work processes, and provide ongoing training and education to ensure our volunteers are empowered and supported.

**To Be Successful**:

- A strong background in secretarial or administrative support, ideally within a hospital or healthcare setting, with the ability to manage various office tasks and administrative processes efficiently.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy, especially when it comes to data entry and working with computerised administrative systems.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
