We are looking for a National Operations Manager to join our team, reporting to our General Manager - Operations. You will be a commercially focused leader, responsible for driving the financial and operational performance of our restaurants, nationwide.

The Role Recipe:

- Develops, leads and inspires a team of multi-site Business Development Managers to drive business performance across the network.
- Embeds an uncompromising commitment to operations excellence and delivering a consistently high-quality guest experience across all channels.
- Ensures operational systems, policies, and procedures are successfully implemented and embedded.
- Ensures promotions and product innovation initiatives are executed to a high standard.
- Builds and maintains constructive Franchise Partner relationships.
- Oversees the implementations of quality checks and audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective action plans.
- Works closely with the franchise development team to support new restaurant openings and ensure smooth transitions into the existing network.
- Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and other operational metrics to make informed decisions about priorities and future strategies.

Key Ingredients:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in multi-unit operations management, with at least 5 years in the hospitality industry.
- Proven success in leading and motivating teams, managing budgets, and driving sales growth.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, P&L management, and food service regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel domestically as needed
