**The role**
Best Green Solar is seeking an Office Administration who will play a key role in leading our Finance and Administration efforts. We’re looking for someone who can play a key role in our team’s success, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a high-quality Managment service. **Duties & responsibilities for Payroll assistant**
- Management of invoicing, payroll, payable/receivable, superannuation, bank reconciliation and general bookkeeping
- Update and maintain accurate employee Master File records
- Plan and implement all payroll changes in relation to new and amended industrial instruments
- General ledger reconciliations
- Preparing budgets & budget analysis
- Management of client information
- IAS and BAS preparation
- Processing of timesheets
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
**Duties & responsibilities for Office Administration**
- Scanning/printing/filing/archiving documents
- Receipt management
- Data entry Data
- Assist design as well as the business owners with project and business related administration tasks
- Ordering of stationary and other items for the office under the direction of the General Manager
- Banking and post office trips under the direction of the General Manager
- Management of business Social Media platforms
- Word processing of various client, consultant and internal correspondence as directed by management
- Updating and maintaining project, client, consultant, subcontractor and supplier information and details across databases
- Updating and maintaining stocklists register (for office and warehouse)
- Updating and maintaining the office administration task spreadsheet
- Reporting on work progress
**About you**
- Previous Experience is desirable
- Advanced working knowledge of XERO and strong understanding of Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook and Word
- Bubbly and enthusiastic
