**About the Role**

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Responding, investigating and resolving questions and issues from clients;
- Maintaining client data and ensuring its integrity;
- Identifying issues and trends that are affecting our clients and escalating appropriately to ensure timely resolution.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have a passion for customer service and possess the following skills and attributes:

- Previous experience in a customer focused position, ideally in a call centre environment;
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to convey empathy and understanding over the phone;
- Thrive in a fast paced environment;
- High attention to detail and the ability to pick up new systems quickly;
- Ability to think outside of the box and solve problems quickly and effectively.
