**About You**
We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to join our growing company.

**About The Role**
This position is a maternity leave role offering a minimum of a 6-month work opportunity. You will be required to work each **Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday during the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm.**

You will also monitor the inventory of office supplies and staff amenities and place an order when required. Attend to ad-hoc duties as required.

**Essential Criteria**
- Must be professional, patient and friendly.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Highly organised multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Work independently or with a team
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- High school certificate(s) and/or equivalent tertiary education
- Driver’s License and a reliable motor vehicle

**Preferred Criteria**
- Experience in workflow scheduling for staff
- Diary Management
- Background in homecare services an advantage

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.8 per week
