DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Is passionate about making our patients feel like family. Whether it be it a welcoming smile and greeting when they arrive or going above and beyond to assist their enquiry, our admin staff play a pivotal role in patient relations and recovery.
- Has a friendly phone manner to answer incoming calls.
- Shows genuine compassion to our patients by asking questions to create a detailed appointment booking and ensuring the patient has all the information they require prior to their appointment.
- Is excited to help the clinic grow by assisting with the creation of social media posts
- Is detail-orientated when completing payments, banking, data entry and scanning to ensure all patient files are correct and up to date.
- Is committed to ensuring the clinic is a clean, well-presented and inviting place for patients and staff.
- Is organised and looks at the week ahead to plan tasks, maintain the schedule and anticipate stock orders.
- Enjoys a change of scenery and works shifts at both our Narellan and Mittagong clinic.
