Medical Receptionist

Our clinic in Narellan is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team.
The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, with 7.6 hour shifts between 7:45am-5:15pm.
**Role Overview**:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

**What we're looking for**:

- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
- Confidence working across multiple screens and systems in a fast-paced work environment.

Prior experience in medical reception is beneficial, however comprehensive training in radiology and our systems will be provided.
