Medical Receptionist

Our busy clinics located in Narellan and Gregory Hills are seeking a medical receptionist to rotate between both locations. The role is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with 7.6 hour shifts scheduled between the core hours of 6:45am and 5:15pm, with optional weekend work.

**What will you be doing**:

- Be the first point of contact for patients at reception
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
- Driving the delivery of high-quality service to patients and referrers

**Key selection criteria**:

- Previous medical reception experience (highly desirable)
- Ability to multitask while using multiple computer systems
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Have patience and empathy to alleviate medical concerns for patients
