Due to internal growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our friendly, inclusive team. This role will support the Marketing and Communications team with activities that drive our reputation, enhance our customer and employee experience and promote our services that enable older people to live life to the full.

**About the role**:
Your responsibilities as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator include but are not limited to:

- Support and assist in the coordination of internal and external campaigns, communications, newsletters, annual reports and promotional activities.
- Content publishing on external directories, and websites
- Manage our collateral and merchandise stocks, distribution, and asset register
- Staff Engagement Activities, including awareness days such as Aged Care Employee Day and International Nurses Day campaigns, Christmas activities
- Stakeholder communications
- Brief designers and external suppliers
- Manage invoices and budget tracking
- Ensure policy documents are up to date on the employee intranet
- Maintain project documentation online filing/systems, and product databases
- Coordinate regular reporting and data insights. Perform research and analysis as required
- Support the coordination of events, projects and activities
- Assist with fundraising activities and correspondence
- Processes and system improvements

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, open-to-learning and tech-savvy Marketing and Communications Coordinator with the following attributes:

- Demonstrated prior experience as a Marketing or Communications Coordinator or similar role
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or a relevant similar field
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task with strong time management skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills with an agile and flexible approach
- Indesign or Adobe Creative Cloud experience will highly regarded
- Experience working for a not-for-profit, aged care or similar industry desirable
