**Summary**

Magnum Support Services is a fast growing provider of various support services for people funded under National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) around Melbourne region. With the current and prospective growth of the company in the industry sector and wide range of services on offer, comes responsibility of effective management of financial aspects of the business. We are thus looking for a vibrant, compassionate and self-motivated individual with proven industry experience to join our team as an Marketing Officer/Assistant to assist our office team in day to day operations.

Part time position leading into a full time role.

We are seeking a well-organised, highly motivated and enthusiastic team player with strong communication, attention to details and time management skills to join hands with our office administration team to manage day-to-day tasks relating to clients and bookings management.

Responsibilities*

Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Daily coordination with staff, contractors, customers and suppliers
- Following up with appropriate parties as needed.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders
- Assisting in NDIS marketing and promotion initiatives
- General office administration tasks & errands

Proven experience as a marketing assistant or any other similar role.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Accurate attention to details for records or notes keeping and investigating details on client files
- Proficient in using computers with good working knowledge of MS Office, internet, CRM software systems, internet browsing & performing data searches
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience in the disability sector.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Outstanding customer service skills and well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and independent thinker
- Must have appropriate working rights to work in Australia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
