Join The Artisans Bottega as a Marketing Assistant and dive into the dynamic world of DIY Italian food and beverage equipment. We are a family-owned business that evolved from a Wine Equipment supplier to a full-blown Italian Equipment store, boasting two physical stores, a warehouse, and an online store.

This role is pivotal in improving our product content across our website by adding content, product photography, and maintaining accurate product information.

This position is ideal for marketing students or those looking to pivot into a career in Digital Marketing, offering hands-on experience in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, review, and update website content.
- Manage product listings and corrections in Retail Express.
- Product photography and quick edits on Canva or similar.
- Effective written material is provided for print, website, socials, video, audio
- Provide support to customers with queries via our Ticket system
- Engage in social media management and content creation.
- Support the marketing team as necessary to understand context and scope, and assist with other content projects where necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification or current student within a relevant field.
- Strong skills in content creation and digital communication.
- Proficient in Shopify, Retail Express, Microsoft Excel, and graphic design tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and contribute to various marketing projects.
- Passionate about learning and personal growth in a dynamic team environment.
- Live closer to Epping suburb. Job is on-site Epping 3076

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.65 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
