**About the role**:

- Our Federal Government client is seeking energetic, passionate, and innovative Project Support Officers to support

**Ideally you will have**:

- Proven track record in project support, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in preparing high quality project management documents in alignment with best practice.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills to support internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical skills, problems solving and organisational skills to manage competing priorities are essentials.
- Responsive, team player who provides exception administrative and project support to a high-profile project team.

**Essential Criteria**:

- An ability to manage and support the development of project artefacts, including schedules, deliverables, risks and issues in tight timeframes.
- Extensive experience in drafting and preparation of briefs, correspondence and reports including submissions for reporting to Senior Executives in government.
- An ability to be collaborative and connected, form productive working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications in project support.
