Customer Service Officers

A National FMCG company based in the Eastern suburbs requires two customer service officers to join their growing call centre team. These roles could become permanent after 6 months dependent on business needs. A hybrid work model of 3 in the office and 2 at home is available. These roles are responsible for taking customer enquiries from nationwide customers, distributors and other stakeholders, resolving issues, whilst promoting the products and brands. There is a requirement to identify and escalate current and potential issues and to work with other departments to provide solutions to customers, conduct investigations and manage customer expectations. To be successful, you must be a confident communicator, have excellent negotiation skills, be empathetic, think quickly on your feet

To be successful, you must be a confident communicator, have excellent negotiation skills, be empathetic, and think quickly on your feet, all whilst being conscious of the team and call volumes.
This role commences immediately. Hours of work are on a roster between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, working a 38 hour week with the occasional Satuday working 7am to noon.
