This is a dream customers service role

**The company**

Located in Hallam**,** a leader in the POS and 3PL warehousing industry is currently looking for a bright and energetic Customer Service operator to join their team.

With a view to hit the ground running, you will have fantastic communication skills both verbal and written.

**The role**

This is a **temporary to permanent role**. Hours of operation are **8am to 4pm.**

You will be working in an office environment within the warehouse and be responsible for a range of customer service and administration duties ensuring all deadlines and expectations are met for your customers.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Administrative tasks and data entry
- Problem solving and liaising with customers

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Professional phone manner and enjoy dealing with people
- Advanced level of **excel**:
