**About Us**
This trusted business, with over 50 years of excellence in manufacturing, is a renowned leader in the construction and building industry, specialising in high-quality windows and doors. They are now expanding their team and seeking a customer focused individual to join their team.
**About the Role**
Located in Bayswater, our office hours are from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Fridays from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. This full-time position offers competitive compensation, with a salary of $65,000 per annum plus superannuation.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Assisting customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
- Providing accurate and timely updates on order status and delivery schedules
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Performing general administrative tasks to support the customer service department
**Experience & Qualifications**
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
