Are you seeking a role where you oversee a diverse range of community programs? We currently have an exceptional senior management opportunity working for a community services provider that specialises in alcohol and other drug programs.
- A tertiary qualification in a Health, Social Work, or Allied Health discipline
- Extensive experience managing multiple funding streams and program KPIS
- The ability to coach and develop leaders to build capability and accountability
- Demonstrable quality and risk management experience
- Sound financial management skills and problem solving skills
- Demonstrable change management skills
- Well developed stakeholder management skills and experience working in partnerships arrangements.
