About the Role

EddenRose Community Services is expanding our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services and seeking an experienced Referral Partnerships Manager to drive participant growth. This role focuses on building and managing referral pathways with hospitals, allied health professionals, discharge planners, social workers, plan managers, and community networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain referral partnerships to generate SIL opportunities.
  • Identify and convert participant referrals into SIL placements.
  • Represent EddenRose at networking events, forums, and provider connection sessions.
  • Work with our Support Coordination and SIL teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

About You

  • Proven experience in NDIS business development, partnerships, or client engagement.
  • Strong networks in the health, disability, or community sectors.
  • Knowledge of Supported Independent Living (SIL) pathways.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
