**Your next career opportunity**
As an Executive Assistant you'll provide crucial support to senior leaders, including the Head of School for Electrical, Mechanical & Infrastructure Engineering and the Head of Infrastructure. You'll manage complex schedules, coordinate communications, and handle confidential matters with discretion. This role offers you the chance to develop your administrative skills in a dynamic academic environment, working closely with diverse stakeholders and contributing to the smooth operation of key faculty functions.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- **Provide Executive Support**:Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for senior leaders, ensuring efficient time management and prioritisation.
- **Facilitate Communication**:Draft documents, prepare briefing notes, and manage stakeholder interactions, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- **Coordinate Administrative Tasks**:Manage financial reconciliations, update databases, and support committees, demonstrating attention to detail and organisational skills.
- **Support Office Operations**:Undertake projects, Maintain filing systems, manage records, and contribute to team-based tasks, showing flexibility and initiative in a fast-paced environment.

You are an experienced executive assistant with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining discretion and professionalism in a dynamic academic environment, working with diverse stakeholders.
**You may also**:
- Have previous experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive.
- Possess excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic diary management systems.
- Show ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
