**Your next career opportunity**
As an Executive Assistant in the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting high-level academic leaders, particularly the Deputy Dean Indigenous. You'll have the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge AI tools, implement innovative administrative solutions, and contribute to a dynamic team environment. **Your responsibilities will include**:
- **Provide High-Level Executive Support**: Manage complex diaries, prioritise schedules, and handle confidential communications for the Deputy Dean Indigenous and other MDHS Executives.
- **Drive Process Innovation**: Continuously enhance workflows and administrative systems, leveraging AI tools to optimise efficiency and drive innovation in executive support.
- **Deliver Strategic Administrative Services**: Manage travel arrangements, committee support, and project administration with precision, foresight, and professionalism.
- **Foster Collaboration and Communication**: Act as a key liaison, building strong relationships across the faculty and external stakeholders to support executive goals and initiatives.

**You may also**:
- Have a degree or diploma in a relevant field with substantial experience in executive support roles.
- Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including emerging tools like Copilot.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Show a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in administrative processes.
- Be highly resourceful, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Have experience in managing confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Possess a track record of establishing and improving administrative processes from the ground up.
