**About the Role**
Join our team as an Executive Assistant in a dynamic administrative role within the MDHS Deanery Operations. This is a unique opportunity to provide exceptional support to the MDHS Deanery Executive. You'll be part of a collaborative portfolio working alongside esteemed professionals, contributing to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. This role offers exposure to diverse tasks, demanding excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Your contribution will be pivotal in ensuring efficient workflows and enhancing the success of our executive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide a high level of outstanding administrative support to ensure efficient running of the day-to-day activities within the office.
- Organise travel, secretariat support, and project coordination, contributing to seamless workflow and successful outcomes.
- Foster relationships, networking, and compliance, upholding standards while handling diverse tasks and inquiries.

You possess superb interpersonal skills, adeptly fostering stakeholder relationships. Your top-tier communication and teamwork shine through, aiding collaboration and support. Skillful prioritisation, decisive choices, and adaptable multitasking underscore your exceptional service and proactive networking prowess.

You will also have:

- A degree / diploma in an appropriate field together with subsequent experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- A high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and OneNote.
- Forward-thinking, resourceful team-player committed to innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
