This leading University are seeking a Change Manager for their multi-year One Constituent Relationship Management Program to introduce Salesforce across the entire organisation. The Program will consolidate numerous CRM Systems across the University and streamline processes.

**Key activities**:

- Support the Change team in the design, development, delivery, and management of program engagement and communications
- Lead and conduct change impact analysis, assessing change readiness, identifying change related risks and mitigations whilst identifying key stakeholders that require continuous engagement through a human centric design approach
- Provide input to and support the design and delivery of training programs working closely with the Program Instructional Designer
- Lead and manage end user engagement with upcoming changes through communications, collaboration, workshops and change impact assessment sessions
- Identify potential risks/points of resistance and develop strategies to address them and mitigate any risks
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: engagement and communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Lead and support organisational design and define roles and responsibilities relevant to the change

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience in a senior/lead change role within a large enterprise-wide transformation
- Previous experience in workshop design/co-design and facilitation
- A solid understanding of how people experience change and the change lifecycle with proven hands-on experience within a complex organisational structure
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to unpick challenges and collaborate with complex stakeholders / groups.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and influence others and move towards a common vision or goal
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations to deliver the very best outcome for all.
- Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
