**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Facilitate effective communication and foster relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations, for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Plan and co-ordinate the delivery of projects, ensuring solutions delivered are responsive to stakeholders' requirements and needs.
- Provide advice and prepare reports, submissions, briefing notes, executive correspondence and policy documentation as required.
- Manage, monitor, and report on the progress of the business improvement and systems projects.
- Ensure key business improvement and system projects are managed in accordance with the best practice guidelines and Queensland Health's formal project management approach to ensure consistent and quality outcomes are achieved.
- Establish and maintain key project documentation and governance for the projects.
- Participate as an effective team member and work collaboratively with other team members, multidisciplinary personnel, and stakeholder groups to achieve outcomes.
- Liaise, negotiate, and consult in the planning, monitoring and reporting of project delivery.
