Hybrid Working Arragement

**Role & Responsibility**

Reporting to GM Finance, your key responsibilities will include:

- Centralisation and then management of accounts payable function
- Review procedures and practices and make best use of systems available.
- On‐going process review and implementation
- Oversee group banking function (potential realignment of segments accounts/bank sweeps etc)
- Centralisation of the bank reconciliation process, and use of the system to best and most efficient practice
- Cashflow forecasting and projection.
- Team management

**Profile**

To be successful in this role, the following experience is desirable:

- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in leading a transactional finance team (AP/AR).
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Finance/Commerce.
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 (preferred)
- Experience in change management and handling high volumes.
- Experience in a financial accounting role/function with ownership of monthly close accounting process
- Ability to organise and control disparate Finance and Accounting systems
- Significant exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems
