Our coolers while on rental, are serviced regularly at fixed intervals to ensure that the water dispensed is always of the optimum quality. Our customers love us, and we can attribute a large part of this to our service team. They are an integral part of the business.

**The Opportunity**

Call A Cooler are rapidly expanding their water cooler rental business and as a result have multiple opportunties available for enthusiastic and reliable Service Technicians to join their team on a casual basis, servicing clients across Melbourne - specifically the Eastern & Western suburbs.

Day to day, this role will see you regularly servicing clients regarding their water cooler needs both face to face and over the phone. You will be the face of the business at every interaction, therefore your ability to communicate, and build relationships will be important.

This role is not limited to but could be perfect for someone semi-retired / retired and looking to supplement their income coupled with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and being on the road meeting new people every day.

All training, shirts and service tools/kit will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attending client sites to service water coolers;
- Completing service dockets after each service call;
- Attending to customer enquiries and resolving issues.
