Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with advanced technical assistance and work with customer to solve technical issues and when necessary, working with the product team to make changes as required.
- Delivering outstanding sales and service experiences to customers through phone, email, and other channels.
- Processing orders, returns, and resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Building and maintaining lasting relationships with our B2C customers.
- Collaborating with our onsite warehouse team to ensure seamless customer service.
- Upholding brand presentation standards and contribute to brand awareness.
- Supporting a positive and professional environment for customers and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will
- Have a passion for the 4WD, camping, or automotive industry.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Possess excellent attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to navigate and learn computer systems and software.
- Be adaptable and excited to learn and grow with our team.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Parts Interpretation, Retail, or Trade Sales.
- Automotive knowledge is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent grammar.
- Full Australian driver’s license.
