Role Description

This is a casual employment on-site role as an Onsite Computer Technician at Nerdcore Computers Service Centre. The primary responsibility of the Onsite Computer Technician is to provide technical support, computer maintenance, troubleshooting, and computer repair services to residential and business customers. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing hardware and software issues, installing and configuring operating systems, and providing expert advice and solutions to customers.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Computer Maintenance skills
  • Troubleshooting and Computer Repair skills
  • Experience with various Operating Systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred an is a must.
  • We prefer our employees to be born in this country an hold an Australian Citizen ship
  • Must have a reliable car an willing to travel to complete work
