**Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Provide clear and timely legal and physical right of way to land required for transport infrastructure projects of TMR or clients of TMR throughout Queensland.
- Provide specialist property advice in relation to acquisition of land for future infrastructure projects and property disposals.
- Consult with land owners, businesses, other interested parties and their consultants/advisors and conduct sensitive negotiations with respect to property acquisition and disposal matters.
- Ensure successful completion of your projects within time, quality, cost and stakeholder expectations.
- Identify and manage stakeholders and their expectations and issues, including identifying possible political and high risk matters to ensure they are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

Mandatory Qualifications and Conditions:

- A criminal history check is required before appointment, considering the role involves access to sensitive information.
- A relevant degree in property from a recognized tertiary institution, or an equivalent qualification, is essential.
- Eligibility for immediate registration as a valuer as per the Valuers Registration Act 1992 (QLD).
- Holding a current Class C driver's license or the ability to obtain one immediately is a must.

Requirements of the Role:

- Exceptional communication skills and the aptitude for empathetic negotiation, with a knack for crafting messages suitable for various audiences.
- A proven record of working collaboratively, building lasting relationships with a spectrum of stakeholders, including the public.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring timely delivery of projects without compromising on quality.
