The Role

Pure Property Management is looking for an energetic experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager with a great attitude to head up our Brisbane office.

We're seeking a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in commercial property management. If you're passionate about the industry and have a strategic vision for growth, we want to hear from you.

As a business we pride ourselves on meeting and exceeding client expectations and are looking for new team members who strive for the same.

Your duties, but not limited to the following:

  • Supporting the Licensee
  • Liaising with Tenants
  • Coordinating maintenance
  • Payment of Accounts
  • Completing inspections and reports
  • Other duties as required
Role Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum 2 years Commercial Property Management Experience desired
  • Experience in Re-leased and Cirrus8 Trust account systems would be an advantage
  • QLD Real Estate Qualifications or Licence
  • Full Drivers Licence
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
