ARENA Property Management Services have a new and exciting opportunity for an entry level property agent to join our award winning property management team at Springwood.

We are a boutique agency that prides itself on knowledge, experience and honesty in the property market. We have a proven track record in both Sales and Property Management and with the right skill set and years of experience. Arena Property Management has all the tools to assist you with your career.

Your role will include:

- Providing assistance to the Property Management team.
- Conducting Inspections of Properties
- Conducting routines inspections
- Conduction entry and exit inspections.
- Managing Inspection and reporting software
- Full onsite training provided

**Requirements**:

- Real Estate Certificate
- A demonstrated ability to meet targets and KPI's
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- English skills mandatory, secondary languages always favourable
- Strong people skills and ability to build relationships
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent personal presentation
- Own car and valid driver's license
- Ambition to stand out the real estate industry
- Work on Saturdays.

You will be provided with regular training sessions with industry professionals and will be supported by our Property Management team within the office environment. You will become part of an exciting and dynamic culture where technology and procedures become the backbone of your day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
