Facility Manager / Commercial Property Manager

is seeking an experienced
Facility Manager / Commercial Property Manager
to help us deliver excellence across our commercial property portfolio.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the operational success of our managed assets — ensuring they're well-maintained, compliant, and operating at their best. You'll work closely with our Property Management team and trusted contractors to deliver seamless service to owners and tenants.

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on integrating Cirrus FM and PIM software, creating a more efficient, autonomous work order and maintenance management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day facilities management and property maintenance
  • Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate preventative maintenance
  • Manage and tender service contracts to ensure quality and value
  • Maintain up-to-date contractor and tenant records via Cirrus 8 and Cirrus FM
  • Oversee compliance, testing, and NABERS ratings across the portfolio
  • Track expenses, assist with budgets, and prepare reports for owners
  • Manage capital works, fit-outs, and contractor relationships
  • Support Property Managers during busy periods and annual leave

About You

  • Minimum
    3 years' experience
    in commercial property, facilities, or project management
  • Strong understanding of commercial leases, contracts, and maintenance processes
  • Confident communicator and relationship builder
  • Tech-savvy with
    Microsoft Office
    and ideally
    Cirrus 8 / Cirrus FM
  • Certificate of Registration in Real Estate
    (or willing to obtain)
  • Proactive, adaptable, and always ready to lend a hand
