**Property Network of Australia** is seeking a
**Team Assistant/ Property Administrator** to support the General Manager for a leading Commercial Property Agency located in the
**Western suburbs** of Brisbane.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- General administrative assistance to GM and property team
- Co-ordinate meetings, resources & catering as required
- Diary management
- Organising international and domestic travel
- Manage employee expense forms
- Manage monthly credit card expenditure
- Manage reports in CRM and amend where necessary to ensure accurate information
- Liaison with marketing coordinator to ensure marketing campaigns are created and booked in
- Completion of necessary industry legislative documents
- Friendly and courteous approach to both internal and external customers
- Back up administration/marketing team when required
- Other admin duties as required
- No weekend work

**About you**:

- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A solid understanding of the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong organisational and spontaneity skills
- Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Capability to work without supervision
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to follow through and complete tasks
- Reliable and dependable, personal ownership and accountability
- Problem solving skills
