ARENA Property Management Services have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at Springwood.

ARENA Property Management is a boutique agency that prides itself on knowledge, experience and honesty in the property market. We have a proven track record in both Sales and Property Management and with the right skill set and years of experience, Arena Property Management has all the tools to assist you with your career.

Your role will include:

- Planning, preparation and attendance of open homes and private inspections
- Managing Inspection software
- Responsible for entry's
- Full onsite training provided

**Requirements**:

- A demonstrated ability to meet targets and KPI's
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong people skills and ability to build relationships
- Outstanding organisational abilities
- Excellent personal presentation

You will be provided with regular training sessions with industry professionals and will be supported by our Property Management team within the office environment. You will become part of an exciting and dynamic culture where technology and procedures become the backbone of your day.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $42,848.20 - $55,000.00 per year
