This position is an integral member of the sales team, as a client advocate working with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. Assisting with making sales, handling client complaints, collecting and analysing data, and improving the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities for this position include:

- Delivering the best possible customer service with a view to growing and supporting long-term relationships.
- Ensuring deliverables are received in an accurate and timely way, while preserving the customer relationship.
- Problem-solving for customers in a way that ensures the relationship remains positive.
- Acting as the key liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Administrative tasks: answering phones, drafting documents, processing orders, updating the internal system with information;
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist the Sales Team to develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. stock coverage, promotions, new store openings)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Exerts attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
- Excellent listening skills and an engaging personality.
- Strong computer skills and proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multi task with a high attention to detail.
- Time management with superior prioritising and organisational skills.
- Solid administrative skills.

This position is based in Dandenong South, hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, salary will be negotiated based on experience.
