**About the Role**
We are seeking for passionate and motivated team player to join our dynamic sales team as **Account Manager **based in **either the Northern or Western suburbs of VIC**.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customers relationships
- Develop new business with new customers to enlarge sales quotas
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to customer needs
- Provide updated sales promotions information to customers
- Keep abreast with the market and understanding of our competitive advantages
- Provide inputs and assistance in pricing model, quotations, and product improvements
**Ideally, we are seeking someone with exceptional common sense and a 'can-do' attitude, to work within a challenging yet rewarding industry. To be successful in this role**:
- Experience delivering client-focused solution selling
- Proven ability in multi account management, with a strong attention detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and Influencing skills
- Relevant qualifications with Refrigeration/HVAC industry experience highly desirable, but not necessary
