A Change Manager is needed to work on a large Wealth program across an M&A project. This program is in the final stages and will be across multiple streams of work.
The Change Manager will need to hit the ground running with delivery. They will be responsible for facilitating delivering changes to internal communications and develop an improved system where Senior stakeholders within the program and business work together effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop the Change Strategy at Program level
- Development of Communications and Training
- Develop Business Impact assessments, Business Readiness plans
- Support business readiness, L&D, and engagement activities
- Develop change strategy
- Develop an Impact Change Assessment
- Develop and Monitor the Exit criteria check list
- Closure communications
- Drawing up Business readiness frameworks
- Engage and support a broad-ranging stakeholders
- Deliver internal communications to various teams
**Skills & Experience**
You will be a passionate Change Manager who wants to progress in their career. You will also ideally have some of the following:
- Ideally worked in FinServices or Mid-Large Corporate Businesses
- End to end Change Management experience
- Experienced Change Manager
- Worked on business change projects
- Previously worked in an Agile environment
- Skilled in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
**Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years of Change experience
- Wealth and Merger and Acquisition (M&A) experience is **essential**:
- Banking/ financial services experience.
- Education in Change Management discipline
