**About the Role**

As the Customer Service Officer, you will report to the Manager and your primary objective will be to manage the administration of client accounts and associated services. You will maintain excellent working relationships with external business partners, for the provision of products and services to clients.

**Duties**
- Process customer instructions for account maintenance and transaction requests
- Process customer requests for international fund transfers
- Load new investments, process repayments and re-investments for clients
- Process bank discrepancy and dishonoured cheque and direct debit notices
- Download and reconcile bank account information

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in banking or commerce
- Professional manner and proactive attitude
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to operate with discretion and to maintain complete confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest and trustworthy
