**Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming calls, route as needed
- Enter customer orders into the system
- Handle ad hoc tasks as required

**Experience & Requirements**:

- Prior customer service experience is a must
- Quick-thinking problem solver
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Adept at multitasking and thriving under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Exposure to Pronto is a must

**Details**:

- Monday to Friday, 9-5 schedule
- Timely timesheets and pay
- Office-based role
