Exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager

**Your new role**
Your new role as HR Manager oversees a team of reports and you will be responsible for driving the strategy and operational processes within your team. You'll be responsible for leading and developing the P&C team through development and coaching and continuously improve HR processes.

Further responsibilities include:

- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the workforce and offering tactical guidance and answers.
- Provide the P&C Team with daily direction and guidance to make sure they are working to effectively
- Guides and manages expectations on process and outcome while coaching the team to help and empower leaders to cope with complicated issues affecting the management of workers in the workplace.
- Create workable systems and procedures that support the strategic directions and enhance the work environment.
- Manage the resolution of complex employee relations issues, ensuring appropriate consultation and communication with relevant stakeholders in order to progress satisfactory outcomes for business units.
- Oversee recruitment processes with a focus on attraction and process improvement
- Support the effective delivery of a higher performing HR service and ensure that the high standards within the team are developed and maintained.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Ideally you will have:

- Leadership experience including managing a multifaceted team
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Experience in complex employee relations issues
- Strong understanding of legislative and industrial frameworks
- Well-developed interpersonal, consulting, coaching and negotiating skills
- Post graduate degree or tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline

**What you'll get in return**
