**About Us** Silk is an Australian owned and operated leading provider of hospitality services to luxury hotels. Operating for 15 years, our success is underpinned by the diversity, passion, and loyalty of our wonderful team.
We are proud of our strong brand which continues to underpin our growth, as does the quality of people we employ. - Manage grievances, and performance management issues
- Develop and implement effective resourcing plans to attract, recruit and retain top talent
- Ensure that the HRIS and Recruitment databases are maintained and data integrity is sound.
- Support management strategies around optimisation of labour
- Provide advice and coaching to our management team to address HR and WHS matters in a timely manner.
- Liaise with managers to effectively address grievances, performance management and disciplinary matters.
- Undertake recruitment for corporate roles and provide expert support to supervisors to ensure a consistent approach to recruiting operational roles across national operations.
- Provide training and development to supervisors and management to enhance capabilities.
- Oversee the workplace inspection, hazard identification and incident reporting process and ensure the integrity of Silk's WHS Information System is maintained.
- Manage workers compensation claims in an efficient and timely manner
**About You**
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
- Prior experience in an operational management or leadership position
- Possess problem solving, decision making & negotiation skills
- Strong communication & relationship management skills
- Coaching & influencing capabilities
- You are someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and like rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.
**What are we like?**
We are a high-performance team, thriving on achievement. Our team culture welcomes a professional, resourceful talent with focus, dedication, and energy to achieve. We are a dynamic, fast paced and IT savvy organisation. As a member of our team, you will have access to employee benefits and exponential growth opportunity.
