You will be working for a leading organisation in its sector as a HR Manager with a small team reporting into you.
**Your new role**
Reporting into the HR Director, you will be working as HR Manager and be responsible for the functioning of HR practices across the organisation. You’ll be implementing people related policies and providing operational support to the business. You will be involved within a whole range of generalist HR duties which include change management, workforce planning, IR & ER related issues, organisational development, employee engagement and continuous process improvement.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Ideally, you will be a strong HR Generalist with strong proficiency in HR disciplines including employee/industrial relations, compensation, workforce planning and recruitment. You’ll have excellent stakeholder management experience across all levels and have proven experience of leading initiatives. You will be able to demonstrate where you have led on change programmes and provide coaching support to others adapt to change. You’ll have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for working in a fast-paced environment and desire to work in an organisation where you can add value.
