The Training Manager is responsible for ensuring delivery of all mandatory and compliance/certification related training for SunRice to meet its employment obligations across all geographies. Specific responsibilities include:
Work closely with Group Head of Safety/Safety BPs to conduct an AU safety compliance gap analysis, training matrix (by role and site) including tracking of budgets and progress reporting
Work closely with Business Leaders/SMEs and AU P&C BPs on other compliance or mandatory related training requirements in relevant BU/function e.g. Maintenance classification training matrix
Lead and manage the Rapid Induct global onboarding program, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance to business needs
Partner with P&C BPs and in-country training team members across all geographies to understand what training is currently being conducted.
Oversee and manage training systems
Ensure accurate and timely reporting on training compliance and certification for the information of Board, Executive and P&C BP
