We currently have an opportunity for a Strategy Manager to join our Corporate Team based in either North Ryde, NSW or Bayswater, VIC. This role will report directly to the CEO and will act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Management Team.

As the Strategy Manager for Siemens Australia, you will be responsible for designing the organisational strategy, direction and strategic priorities in alignment to global Siemens strategy. This will involve providing comprehensive analysis and research of the external market, in order to forumalate growth and business strategy options. You will work collaboratively to support development of aligned sub-strategies (business unit), initiatives, and measures, ensuring effective cross functional development of sub-strategies.

You will need to identify ways to embed and align the organisation to strategy, including operating model, processes, practices, systems, incentives, culture etc.., coordinate the organisations annual business planning process, in alignment with multi-year strategy establishment, and lead the local implementation and project oversight of any organisational acquisition or divestment activities

This role will work collaboratively across the Executive Management Team to refine and iterate the organisational operating model to ensure fit for purpose, coordinating the implementation of comprehensive business improvement programs.
